Excellent hotel, designed with Japanese businessmen in mind
Not much reason to come to the South Cikerang Industrial Area unless you are visiting or working at one of the many Japanese factories here (Honda, YKK, Hitachi....). The Axia's clients seem to be about 99% Japanese workers on secondments to the factories and the hotel/Serviced apartments are designed to cater to their needs.One of the towers has an Italian restaurant and the other (30 secs walk) has a Japanese restaurant. Prices for everything are reasonable, including beer and other alcoholic drinks and there is a Japanese supermarket (Papaya) just outside the hotel. Lippo Mall is within fairly easy walking distance and the Hotel provides a map showing restaurants in the area, as well as offering a bicycle rental service.
