Rooms

What does "Omotenashi ~Japanese hospitality~" mean?
We welcome everyone with Japanese guidance, Japanese taste and Japanese favorites such as public bath and sauna, providing unchanged life as usual.
While in a foreign country, you can spend all moments with relaxation as living as your own home.
What kind of furnishings are in the room?
We prepare as below. Electric kettle, Steam iron, ironing board, safety box, toaster, refrigerator

Is there a balcony?
Tower1,2 doesn't have.
All rooms at Tower3 have a balcony.
Is there a screen door in the room?
All rooms are equipped with screen doors.
Is there possibility of making some changes to my apartment decor?
We cannot accept changing the interior or wallpaper.
Can I choose smoking or non-smoking room?
Yes, you can if it is available. But room availability changes.

Tenants

Are there any restaurants?
Tower1 has a Japanese restaurant Shion,Tower2 has a Italian restaurant Otto.
Also there is a cafe restaurant O.Matcha in the commercial building.
Room service is available from all restaurant.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
Shion: Lunch:11:30~14:30 Dinner:17:30~21:30
Otto:  Lunch:11:00~14:30 Dinner:17:00~21:00
O.Matcha: Mon-Fri 11:00-20:00 Sat,Sun,Pub 10:00-20:00
Operation condition is subject to change.
What kind of tenants are there?

Long term stay

What is the serviced apartment?
A serviced apartment is a dwelling that has services like a hotel and can be contracted for a long term and can be lived in, such as an apartment or condominium.
Tower 1 and 2 come with utilities, internet, cleaning and towels・linen change services twice a week. Furniture and tableware have already been installed, so you can move in without bringing them.
For Tower3, Cleaning and towels・linen change are optional, Furniture and appliances are installed.
From how many month is the long-term contract?
We have contract of 4 months or more.

Can I use facilities in all tower(Tower 1.2.3) even I stay in other tower?
Long-term lessee can use all facilities of Tower1,2,3.
Short-term lessee can only use the facilities of Tower1,2.
Can I keep dog or cat?
Dogs and cats are not allowed in our premises.
What are included in Rent Fee?
Tower1.2 includes utilities.
Tower3 can optionally be charged with a flat-rate service or charged according to the usage.
Can I pay with JPY or USD?
According to Bank Indonesia regulation, payment/contract will be in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).

Hotel use

What time are the Check-In and Check-Out?
Check in time is after 14:00, check out time is 12:00.
Can I keep my luggage before Check-in or after Check-out?
Yes, you can. Please do not hesitate to ask us. We will keep it at our storage.
Is it available for 2 persons to use one room?
Yes, you can, but there is additional charge. Based on your request, we could prepare extra bed (RP. 250.000 Nett per night / limited). Kindly reserve in advance.
Which credit card do you accept?
We accept below.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fee will be charged in case of the cancel notification is 2 days prior to arrival. After check in such as early departure also this terms and condition will be applied.
Can I pay in JPY or USD?
According to Bank Indonesia regulation, payment/contract will be in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).

When I stay as business travel, can you bill to company instead of a front-desk payment?
Yes we can.
On the reservation letter, it mentions my room is located on the Tower 1, but can I check-in the Tower 2?
Please kindly check-in the Tower which is mentioned on the reservation letter.

Facilities

Is there a kids space and nursing room?
Tower3 for long-term lessee has a kids room and a nursing room. There is also a children's playground outside of Tower3.
Is there bicycle parking?
Tower3 has a bicycle parking, Tower1 and 2 offer rental bicycle services that can be used for free.
Can children use the public bath?
Yes, children also can use public bath.

Yes, female guest can use public bath in Tower 2.

Are there laundromat?
Tower1 and 2 have the laundry room that can be used for free.
You can use washing machine with drying function 24 hours. Detergent is always in stock.
Can I rent swim ring and kickboard at pool?
We are afraid but we do not have a rental swim ring and kickboard.
Is there a driving range for golf?
We have a simulation golf studio.

Are there locker room at gym and pool?
Tower3's gym and pool has locker rooms.
Are there parking lot?
Long-term lessee: One parking lot per room is included in room rent, second onward, there is charge.
Short-term lessee: You can use one parking lot without charge. Please proceed with procedure at the front desk.
Are there ATMs?
There are BNI ATM at Tower1 and BTPN (SMBC group) ATM at Tower3.
Transactions are available 24/7.
Are there any facilities I can use even if I am not a resident.
The following facilities can be used if you are accompanied with residents.
BBQ corner, Tennis court, Kids room, Kids ground, Jogging course, Play ground, Business center.
What kind of exercise equipment is set up in the gym?
We are providing many equipments for a variety of exercises.

Can I borrow tableware and cooking utensils at the BBQ place?
BBQ grills, tongs etc. are rented out.
Please prepare tableware by yourself.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
You are available to use free Wi-Fi at public space.

Service

Is breakfast included?
Long-term lessee: Optionally you can add breakfast.
Short-term lessee: Breakfast is included. (Depends on plan)
Do you have laundry service?
Long-term lessee: Optionally you can add laundry service.
Short-term lessee: Laundry service is included. (Depends on plan)
(Laundry service for up to 5 items per day, Please take it out by 9:30 in the morning and return it around 18:00 the next day.)
Can I print at the front-desk?
Available for a fee.
Please contact the front desk staff when making a request.
Can I exchange money? Is there an upper limit?
Currency exchange is possible at front desk (Only available in Tower 1.2)
However only exchange from yen and USD to Indonesian rupiah is acceptable.
We can not exchange money from Indonesian rupiah. Please contact us for details.
Upper limit (1 person): Japanese yen 10,000 yen /day USD $100/day
Can I request a delivery agency from the PAPAYA?(Japanese food super market)
We do not offer delivery services.
There are rental carts in each tower, so please contact us when you want to use.
Do you have a room service?
We have a service that can be delivered to your room from the restaurants (Shion, Otto, O.Matcha).
Can you receive my package when I am leaving?
We can receive and keep your package at the front desk.
Do you hold any recreation or event?
We regularly hold bazaars and other events.
Is it possible to use maids?
Only Tower3 can be used during the maid's entry hours.
Admission hours 8:00-20:00 (registration required)
Do you have a transportation service to Cikarang Japanese School?
Available for a fee.

Do you have a transportation service from Airport?
PT. Autorent Lancar Sejahtera (mobirent) would provide an airport transportation service, We have daily use package.

Basic Information/Surroundings

How far is the airport or Jakarta from Cikarang?
Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is about 70 km away and takes about 2 hours.
Center of Jakarta city is about 40km away and takes about 1 hour.
What about surrounding environment in Cikarang and AXIA?(Malls, restaurants, hospitals, etc.)
There are many Japanese and Korean restaurants in Cikarang.
Also shopping malls and driving ranges are within a 5-minute drive from AXIA.
A general hospital is within walking distance.
Three restaurants are in AXIA, Shion, Otto and O.Matcha, also we have Japanese supermarket "PAPAYA", Kyoai medical, hair salon etc. in the commercial building. We provide a "one-stop service" that allows you to complete your usual life on the premises.
Are there any kindergartens or schools?
There are OHANA Kindergarten and Chikarang Japan School for Japanese children.
There are also several international schools.
AXIA also offers a resident-only kindergarten and school pick-up service. (Charged)
Pick-up and drop-off at Japanese kindergartens and Japan schools is accompanied by staff who can speak Japanese, also we installed security camera and GPS in the car, so you can use it with safety. Please feel free to contact us for details.
Is there any information about cram schools and other lessons for children?
There are cram schools and sports lessons nearby.

Safety and Security

Do you take insect repellent measures?
We regularly conduct pest control (spraying of insect repellents, etc.).
How is the apartment’s security?
ALSOK BASS security staff are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure your safety.
What are you doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Concluded a business alliance with Siloam Hospital and formulated COVID-19 response procedure. In addition, we are implementing staff education and measures to ensure that we take reliable measures when infection is confirmed, etc., and promise prompt and accurate disclosure of information on infected people in order to prevent the spread of infection. (As of July 2022)
If I am infected with the COVID-19,hou will you respond?
In addition to the above infection countermeasures, we provide services exclusively for guests who can rest assured in the unlikely event that they are infected. (Isolation support in your own room in case of mild symptoms. shopping service at PAPAYA, delivery of room service, support of examinations in your own room, daily physical condition check) (as of July 2022)
What should I do if I got sick during my stay?
We will assist you to contact to the hospital. There is Kyoai Medical in AXIA commercial building. There are Siloam Hospital, J-Clinic (clinic for Japanese speaker)and Takenoko Clinic around AXIA.
